Health & Body TRANSFORMATION
This is the ultimate support group to get to your health and wellness goals.
Starting March 31st-May.23rd, we will dive into a 8 week transformation journey.
No exercise experience required.
Week 1 & 2
Foundation and Assessment
We will meet with you individually. Set realistic goals, get to know what is important to you. Begin to track nutrition intake with slight suggestions to incorporate.
Start teaching your body about movement with body weight exercises, flexibility, posture and balance
Mindset, positive affirmations
Week 3 & 4
Increase to moderate cardio
Nutrition prep class and guidance
Minset to commit, self reflection, celebrate the small wins
Week 5 & 6
Introduce interval training
Nutrition, meal timing, portions, food combinations, introduction of fermented foods
Week 7 & 8
Optimization and fine tuning
Strength, endurance, flexibility
Nutrition, long term vision
What is included in your weekly package?
-We will gather as an online group Monday through Thursday mornings with Katie for a movement class via zoom. If you miss it, it will be recorded and sent to you.
This will get your body moving first thing every morning and activate your metabolism, muscles, blood and body. Just getting moving every day is the hardest part but when you can look forward to it and you have an amazing support group, it becomes EXCITING!
-Fridays will be a 1 hour in person weight training session with Darrell.
-There will be a nutritional and integrative support group where we can share challenges and triumphs. Daily support is key to success.
-Before/ mid and after pictures taken (these are private, taken by you and for you only).
-Food journal submission once weekly to tweak, suggest or adjust.
-We will include a food prep day within the first week where we cook together to give ideas of delicious, healthy meals to incorporate into our day.
This 10 week transformation workshop is for those who are serious about improving their health, and living a vibrant life.
It will take daily dedication and commitment.
When you feel like falling, one of us will be there to help you back up. We have each others back in this support group of ultimate health transformation.
It takes 3 weeks of daily movement and nutritional support to "see and feel" a noticeable difference in your appearance, skin and energy.
10 weeks is enough time to really understand and form new daily health habits and keep the change as a lifestyle rather than a quick "in the moment" fix.
