CREATING Fermented FOODS

Why ferment? Fermented foods have long been a staple in traditional meals. With their high probiotic content, they are a super help and a super food for your body and immune system.

Learn this ancient technique to not only preserve veggies but aid in gut health. Foods we will be making as a group will be: sauerkraut, beet kvass, carrots & dill as well as buckwheat batter for the 1 ingredient best wrap/pancake/pita of all time. 

All organic vegetable ingredients included. Jars for your creations provided. Fermenting glass weight x 1 and 1 silicone fermenting lid
