Ingredients: Spring water, glycerin, ashwagandha flower imprint.
*flower imprint means that we have soaked the flower in water and allowed to sit in the sun as the flower gently imprints the water. It is strained out and only a few drops of this mother in used in creating the final product. 
 
Ashwagandha flower is delicate, small and fragile. It glows and hangs like a little lantern full of light.
As it matures, the flower forms a cocoon and in time births a bright red berry.
The essence symbolizes a birth of the root chakra -strength,power, resilience and well being. Once the ashwaghandha has gone to seed, the roots have grown deep into the ground and are a medicinal ally. Remember your roots and how medicinal it is for your body and nervous system to be grounded.
