Calendula is such a gentle and healing flower. Powerful skin ally used externally or internally. I add calendula infused olive oil to most of my homemade skincare and salves. Incredible wound healer. Use in teas or tinctures for a wonderful remedy for inflammation, gut health and amazing skin.
