This is a beautiful way for a child and caregiver to connect. Become medicine makers together! Discover, connect, learn folktales of the plants that grow wild around us as well as medicinal plants. Mindfulness time where we connect with what the plant and learn to communicate through our hearts. Ask permission for the harvest. Leave an offering as a way to honour the earth. Creating wands of sage/lavender/mugwort or cedar and adorning them with personal intuitive choices of flowers. Sketching the plant to get to know the details, identifying a plant is always about the detail. What is the texture, taste, feel, smell. How to utilize. We will make magic potions and become herbal alchemists as we mix flowers, herbs and water. Create natural first aid remedies Seeds will be examined and planted. The fun is endless and incredibly empowering for our children. They will be so proud of their knowledge ​
